The Goddard School in Spring House is growing, and we are looking for passionate, energetic Early Childhood Educators to join our Toddler team.
We are hiring both Lead Teachers and Assistant Teachers who are excited to create a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally rich classroom experience for young children.
What You’ll Do:
- Create a safe, caring, and stimulating learning environment.
- Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that support early development.
- Use positive guidance and classroom management strategies.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with families and caregivers.
- Work collaboratively with co-teachers and school leadership.
- Bring creativity, energy, and consistency to the classroom each day.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Warm, patient, and engaging approach with young children.
- Strong communication skills with both families and team members.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-teaching environment.
- Confidence in leading activities and lessons (for Lead Teacher roles).
- A genuine passion for early childhood development.
